Welcome back everyone! The numbers keep increasing and regretably I'm not talking about the Sales Prices. Mizner Country Club as of today has a total of 64 properties listed for sale. Since my last post on Friday, 2 properties have become BOM (Back on the Market) and 2 other properties have had their status changed to PCH (Price Changes). Let's Begin!
- 8583 Valhalla Drive (Model: Carrington) was put back on the market today at it's original list price of $1,490,000. (See Below)
- 8006 Valhalla Drive (Model: Casa Vieja) was also put back on the market on Sunday at a list price of $989,000, that is down from their original list price of $1,175,000. (See Below)
- 8724 Valhalla Drive (Model: Playa Riente-Courtyard) was price reduced to $890,000. Seeing a $100,000 reduction from their previous list price of $990,000. (See Below)
- 8024 Laurel Ridge Court (Model: Playa Riente-Courtyard) also had a price change to $899,000 from their former list price of $925,000. (See Below)
