It seems we have had some changes in real estate activity in Mizner Country Club since our last post. Based on current MLS records, a new listing and a couple of price reductions have caught our radar. Let’s begin! Looks like another home just went on the market in the custom enclave of Del Prado. That would make it a total of 7 homes on the market in Mizner’s “swankiest address”. That being said, it brings the total of listed homes in Mizner Country Club to 63 active listings.
