Mizner Country Club: One New Sale & Pending Deals

Welcome back everyone. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend in our gated paradise! It's been a couple of really busy weeks for The Smiths - Luxury Resort Portfolio. Busy is always great for us Realtors...so no one is complaining here! Philip and I have come to conclusion that we will sleep when we retire someday, but for now we are resigned to the fact that we work all the time! First we have to list and sell lots & lots of houses!!! Then we sleep and rest! For now we Sell!

We have personally seen an increase in activity in Mizner Country Club. Besides our weekly reports on all the listings in Mizner Country Club, we have some wonderful and exciting news to report on our own recent Sale and also another property we have put under contract in our lovely golf community.

Mizner Country Club is down as of today to 61 Active Listings from last weeks reported number of 64. Two (2) properties are Pending for Closing and one (1) property Sold and Closed today. Asking prices for listed properties in Mizner Country Club are now anywhere from $581,900 to $3,295,000. Lets Begin!

Price Changes
  • 8906 Valhalla Drive (Model: Carrington) Just lowered their list price from $1,299,000 to $1,149,000. (See Below)

Mizner Country Club: Sees More Listings Coming On

Welcome back everyone! The numbers keep increasing and regretably I'm not talking about the Sales Prices. Mizner Country Club as of today has a total of 64 properties listed for sale. Since my last post on Friday, 2 properties have become BOM (Back on the Market) and 2 other properties have had their status changed to PCH (Price Changes). Let's Begin!


  • 8583 Valhalla Drive (Model: Carrington) was put back on the market today at it's original list price of $1,490,000. (See Below)


  • 8006 Valhalla Drive (Model: Casa Vieja) was also put back on the market on Sunday at a list price of $989,000, that is down from their original list price of $1,175,000. (See Below)


  • 8724 Valhalla Drive (Model: Playa Riente-Courtyard) was price reduced to $890,000. Seeing a $100,000 reduction from their previous list price of $990,000. (See Below)



  • 8024 Laurel Ridge Court (Model: Playa Riente-Courtyard) also had a price change to $899,000 from their former list price of $925,000. (See Below)

Mizner Country Club: Just Listed & Price Reductions

It seems we have had some changes in real estate activity in Mizner Country Club since our last post. Based on current MLS records, a new listing and a couple of price reductions have caught our radar. As promised The Smiths – Luxury Resort Portfolio will provide you the latest news in real estate “goings-on” in Mizner Country Club.

Let’s begin! Looks like another home just went on the market in the custom enclave of Del Prado. That would make it a total of 7 homes on the market in Mizner’s “swankiest address”. That being said, it brings the total of listed homes in Mizner Country Club to 63 active listings.

On June 19th, 8346 Del Prado Drive was listed for $2,500,000 (see picture below). The property was completed back in 2006.
